Great place to get your car repaired. I used to work nearby. I no longer do but I still drive 15+ miles to come here to get my car serviced. They are honest and they don't rip you off even if you are a woman.

One of the WORST experience in my life. Mike Lee: Brother of owner Steven: Service Manager Luis: Phone Representative I contacted Luis on Sept 14, explained to him that my bus was having problems with the ECM..it doesn't going into gear. He said they can fix. They don't provide towing service but he referred me to a vendor they do business with: Global Towing: 626-705-9611. I scheduled for my bus to be towed into Valley Power on Friday, Sept. 15th. Global picked up my bus on Friday but did not drop off to Valley until the next day. He took it to his house. I have a serious problem with that, I'm sure most people would agree. Anyway, I ended paying $750 invoice with Valley and that includes $250 towing fee and my bus is still not fixed. I spoke to Mike Lee and Steve and they don't give a damn about customer service. Respect and good business dealings is very important to me as it should for everyone. Valley Power falls short on ALL. I rate it a ZERO star.

Northridge Automotive has been my mechanic for 3 years now and I could not be happier. They have always been professional and quick to fix any issues my vehicles have had. Their pricing is good and I know I can trust them to always be honest about any problems my car has. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area looking for a place to get their car fixed.

The owner is really nice

Took some wheels and tires here to be mounted and they did just that quickly and with an awesome attitude. They were so friendly, I recommend to everyone.

This is the worst Mechanic I've experienced yet in this area. I called and set up an appointment to have my car looked at (mind you multiple days in advanced and they agreed). So the day arrived and I loaded the car up on my trailer and off I went. After driving the 45 plus minutes from home to the mechanic shop he refused to even look at. And went on to inform me that the only way they would even consider looking at it was going to be a minimum of 2 grand for a brand new motor(not including labor). Mind you this diagnosis was given without any sort of an inspection of the vehicle. After attempting to find a happy medium to see if we could install a used motor or have some way to try and keep it as cost effective as possible. They flat out refused to even consider any other options. With out offering any type of a solution other than the original outrageous option I left empty handed. To say the least horrible customer service and I can only assume the quality of works follow suite. I do no recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are bad ass old school mechanics. No B.S. Just straight up good and fast service. You won't have to deal with automated phone systems or long wait times. I have taken three cars here now and they always do a great job, don't overcharge, or give you the run around. Would highly recommend.

Everytime I've been here the energy is up at this place. From what I have seen, they have a "put the customer first" mentality. What makes them stand out for me is that I trust they have my best interest in mind. In my experience they have never tried to sell me on anything extra...they actually laugh at the businesses who try to prey on their customers. There is a reason these guys are always so busy..
