We rented a dozer (D6K) and mini excavator (50g) for a jobsite in Folsom and couldn't be happier! Adam was very professional and always made sure our company was taken care of, even on the weekends. The machines were in very good condition and delivery was prompt. Showing up to the customers jobsite with nice new equipment made us look very professional and helped land another job in the area. I called in at 10:40 and was told a mechanic would arrive in 1.5 hours (around 12:00). Mechanic finally arrived at 2:45. I called multiple times and was given a different ETA every time. Very poor communication and customer service. At one point I had to call 10+ times in a row before being able to reach someone in the office.
