Stay Away! I usually avoid giving bad reviews to small businesses as it impacts real people. This time I have no choice but to warn others.
This review is the result of a discussion I had with the owner' son when I found out they haven't even looked at the car on the day of the appointment (for an engine check light, probably an oxigen sensor). While I was upset with the situation I tried to maintain a civilized conversation (never argue with your mechanic) but the young guy was very agressive in language and ended the discussion with a "F..k it!". I asked for the car keys and I was out of there for good.
I have to mention that my initial discussion for with the owner was positive and I setup the appointment with a good feeling. I was so wrong.

No appointment oil change. They had a free spot when I arrived, so it went quick. Inspection and oil change, I was out in under 1/2h. They checked the oil fill value before starting, and that's a plus.

Ask them to check out my brakes and front end as they did the tires. Somehow they missed that one brake caliper had a seized guide pin. Tires set at improper pressure and lug nuts way over torqued.

I would strongly recommend going to this jiffy lube, not only is the staff so sweet. The management is impeccable. I went in for a tire change, not only did they get me in a timely manner. They also walked me out to my car.
unfortunately the next day, I had a flat tire. So I called Jiffy lube, and explained that I was just in yesterday and my tire is now flat. The manager helped me put the donut on my car, and go me into the shop that day to repair my tire. Luckily, it was just a nail in my tire.
This is a smoothly run Jiffy lube, and you can really tell the staff respects their boss. I really felt like I could trust the work they did on my vehicle.
They also give a military discount!
