This place is nothing but a rip off. I took my Peterbilt in this shop and not only did they not fix the problem but caused more problems. Their mechanics don't know anything. I had to spend another $500 afterwards because of the problems these guys caused on my truck. They charge like a dealership and do the work of a side of the road shop. I wouldn't suggest anyone going here.

Awesome service. We brought our VW into Lake Arbor to diagnose an electrical problem. They quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the needed repair was under factory recall. Patrick at Lake Arbor did not charge for the diagnosis and VW is fixing under their recall. Thanks Lake Arbor!

Good people

Do not waste your time with these people. They said my truck will be ready in 4/5 days. But, they didn't even touch my truck for 2 weeks. And returned they key cause I keep pushing them. During 2 weeks, I visited their shop 2 times and called one time. How can I push them for work. Horrible customer service. Even though my friends said do not take their. They don't have good customer service. I took my truck there. Find out now, they are right. Do not loose customer because of questions about their property. One day you will have no customer if you are keep doing this.

Very poor service from top to bottom had my truck towed there because it would not stay running took over two weeks for them to find out what the problem was never called to update me unless I call them never returned any calls though they said they would call me back the day I went to pick up the truck still had engine lights even though I had none when the truck broke down. Then they had the nerve to disconnected the battery so the lights could go out I recommend you never take your bicycle hear never mind your truck also the receptionist Nikki is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered the only bright spot was the mother she was a very kind lady who did her best to try to smooth over this horrible experience TROY Diesel is the worse place I have ever been!!!!!!!!

I see a lot of negativity towards this establishment. Fact is, you couldn't be further from the truth. This establishment gives what you put into it! If you go in trying to shirt tail people the whole time obviously you won't learn much. I am currently in Marn9 (diesel). I couldn't begin to explain what I've learned. The instructors are wise, funny, and only there to help. If you don't understand something, ask. Most instructors are master techs in their chosen manufacturer and are very willing to help (given you have the drive to learn). I've been to this shop recently, found it on ntts breakdown. Had a hot load, needed to deliver asap but had a clutch problem. Thanks to these guys, I did a delivery on time. Very professional and knowledgeable mechanics, didn't have to wait for parts, all went smooth, very good customer service!!! Thank You for your Help!
