First of all, read the negative reviews, paired with the well thought out responses. That alone can tell you a LOT about how a business operates and treats their customers. Taking the time to reply to negative reviews in a positive manner takes not only patience, but a high level of knowledge about the subject matter. As a former service writer for a small auto repair facility, it can be very tough to deal with many different makes and models of cars, and it's clear that BAT has the ability to tackle just about anything. Even though I typically handle all of my own maintenance and repairs, my only repair I needed was done at BAT, and kudos to them for doing it! My '07 Pilot needed a leaky steering rack replaced, which was something that only a shop with a lift and several BIG specialty tools could perform. Extra thanks to Honda for designing it in such a way that the entire subframe needs to be removed to replace such a relatively small part. To make matters worse, my Pilot lived in the north east for 7 years before BAT accepted the job. Any mechanic knows that means RUSTY BOLTS. BAT did a great job, and got the Pilot back to us on time and no longer leaking fluid. The staff was helpful and friendly and took the time to do it right. Was it the cheapest possible repair? No. Would you trust the safety of your vehicle to the 'cheapest repair'? Hell no. While I'm no longer in Fort Mill (and sold the Pilot many moons ago), I highly recommend this competent shop.

TK Greensboro has had my unit for several weeks and has not provided me with the customer service they say they do. I cannot get my unit repaired and I wish I had bought a unit with Carrier. TK Greensboro never has parts, and they always have new technicians that are still learning. Stay away from this TK.
