Automotive Repair

Great service! I was an hour early and Kurt was still able to accommodate and change the oil quickly. Will be back.

Tom is great! Knowledgeable, patient, and fair prices. You you find a shop like this it's hard not to brag about it.

I️ will be a customer for life!!! The horrible dealership wanted $1,250, for a transmission leak that I️ didn’t have! Service Manager David and his technicians did a three hour diagnostic test only to find no problems. They also fixed an exhaust issue, free of charge, that the dealership made a mistake on. They truly care about the customer and make me feel like they care about me, they are one of the few honest service shops. You will not be disappointed to bring your vehicles here. They saved me money!!!

Reliable!

These people will rip you off. They took a military family's RV, promised to do the work in two to three weeks. Instead they completely trashed the interior and left it abandoned with the keys in it!! Now the family is stuck for transportation right before they PCS!!!

Was VERY helpful and informative!

Lived in Omaha for a year now and have gone to these guys all 3 times I’ve needed my oil changed. Never had any complaints and they have always gone above and beyond for me. Went today and I got nothing but BAD customer service... walked in the door and told the guy I have an oil change appointment at 2:00, I was 10 minutes early, and I called first thing when they opened this morning. He’s like “god damn it I was afraid you were going to say that” continued to have attitude about and then I forgot to ask to get my tires rotated and asked nicely if he could do that. He said “god damn it”. So he took my keys and got done what I needed done and after we were done I asked him for the checklist that you usually should receive after getting a check up on your vehicle, he fills it out right in front of me!! How can you fill it out after you’ve done what you did to my vehicle. Then I asked When the manager would be back and he said we don’t have one, I’m the best thing to a manager right now. Safe to say they will never see my car again in their shop, can’t beileve how unbelievably rude and disrespectful that guy was!

A++++++ Quality & affordable Sercice!!! First and foremost; BEST MECHANIC IN THE OMAHA AREA HANDS DOWN!!! Thanks to Zach, my nightmare of a situation was not only repaired correctly, but efficiently, at a beyond fair price and he communicated to me any glitches along the way! I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am for the recommendation I received to AKSARBEN AUTO! Thanks again Zach for being the definition of a stand up businesses!!

Havers is the best!

Always thorough and honest...get us right in. 10 years + and we won't go anywhere else.

I don't know why a few people are speaking negative about this place. I have been going to these guys for a few years now and they provide quality work. Most places take a few weeks in season. I guess if people think they can drop mowers off and get them back in two days, must think they are special or something. Anywho, the staff Is very helpful, Steve and brenden helped load my mower up and explained what services they perfomed. Every time a great experience

If you need transmission parts its the best

I highly recommend this location. They have always been very friendly, helpful and informative. It’s very hard to find an honest mechanic and not only have they never steered me wrong (no pun intended), but they have gotten the job done in a timely manner and at a fair price. They will work hard to find the problem and help you to prioritize if you are on a budget. When you go, ask for Mitch!

I randomly found this place when I unexpectedly had a problem w one of my tires. I brought my car in without an appointment and they were able to immediately accommodate me. It was convenient, quick, and everyone was very friendly. Thanks again to Mr. Barraza for taking great care of me. I’ll be back!

Needs to be a little cleaner also, needs to open up parking you have closed.

I get every oil change here and only come back because Chris does such a great job. Thanks Chris for your great customer service

Recently I was having some problems with my check engine light so I went to Ted Wiens Complete Auto Service. I was impressed! These guys are extremely knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend that if you're looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired go to Ted Wiens. I worked with Debbie Cummins and Dave Oku. They're both Fantastic! I would give these guys 10 stars if I could because they really do care. 7770 West Cheyenne Las Vegas Nv, 89129. Thanks Ted Wiens!

Great experience! Recharged a/c and vacuum test in 30 min or less with no wait and a good price. Will defiantly be a returning customer.
