Had trouble with our GMC work truck engine on acceleration RPM's were there but lost MPH on acceleration low and high gears. Other mechanics said it was a transmission problem and too complex for them to fix on this model. Took it here on recommendation from an employee who just had his truck fixed and was very happy. I was expecting a call about the transmission hoping it was something simple but prepared for the worst. To my surprise the mechanic (Shannon) said it was more of an engine power problem and not the transmission. He took the time to explain what he recommended and in short order eliminated a possible exhaust converter restriction and ran a fuel pump pressure test which showed low fuel pressure from the fuel pump in the gas tank. They fixed the problem in one day and very knowledgeable about the trucks mechanical systems. Although they specialize in transmissions they were very honest and didn't try to sell me a new transmission or something I didn't need. VERY knowledgeable and they have earned our trust in their ability to diagnose a complex problem correctly and repair it at a fair price. We will be using them again in the future!

As a production manager for a growing company Badger has crippled our ability to use our truck for the past 4 days! We called to schedule an oil change, front end alignment, and have the front tire replaced. We were told it would be done at the end of the day we brought it in. I called that night to see if we could pick it up and was told that the oil change was done but that was it, they then told me I could pick it up and reschedule the tires and alignment if we needed it that night. I told them that if they could get it taken care of the next day that would be fine. We then called everyday being told they would call us back. At no point did we. On the 4th day they told us they finally put the tires on but no alignment. We told them we'd pick the vehicle up. They told us to wait up front while they pulled it up an hour later they pulled it up. I would not recommend them to anyone as they were dishonest and at no point was there proper communication.

Such a horrible experience. Not even worth 1 star. Read reviews online and decided to bring my wheels for power coating as my friend works next to this shop. After picked up everything looked ok before every single rim and pieces I've left were powered coated started peeling off. No preparation, no sand blasting just pure powder coated on a top of the chrome. After brought back everything owner was so rude didn't want to get in fight with him so I left everything for them to redo it. . Robert has to go to anger management classes and school how to do customer service, didn't hear anything like we apologize or sorry about this mess . 1 week later nothing was touched so I decided to pick up the parts as people I guess just don't know to do the job . Got only half of my money back and wasted 3 weeks in total. Just a side note that found other place to do it ( with preparation, awesome place was very happy ) and paid even cheaper that this shop was charging me. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. NEVER COMING BACK !!!

Powder coated OEM M3 wheels to Gloss Black, professionally done and they were very fast too. Dropped the car off in the morning and got it back ready later that day! Highly recommend!

It was so frustrating to experience car trouble while in Leander, away from my home in San Antonio. Thankfully, The Auto Dr. was able to take my car in by the next day! Kathy picked my car up first thing in the morning and had it ready for me sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to meet Mark in person or see the shop (since they'll pick up and deliver your car) but they were a pleasure to work with. They'll treat you right and will let you know if a repair is unnecessary, unlike the dealership. My only disappointment is that they're not in San Antonio. Thanks guys! I'll be sure to give you a call the next time a situation arises.

I read online the glowing testimonials for Ryan G and decided to bring my 2012 Mini (S) there for it's 36k checkup. Nothing was wrong with the operation of the car but to keep things on the up and up warranty wise, I wanted to adhere to the recommended maintenance timetable. The folks there - both dude at the front counter and mechanic I interfaced with were very nice, polite and professional. The joint was spotless - you could eat a picnic lunch in the middle of the garage with no hesitation. The routine maintenance included some fluid changes, new spark plugs and coils, a couple few recommended filters. All seemed good except for the price seemed a little high, but not too bothersome for an almost 5 star repair shop. Fast forward to now (~9mos/2500 miles later). Recently the car started to misfire - occasionally at first but progressively worse until it felt like a perpetual problem with no "it worked fine today" breaks in the action. The thing was all the sudden totally gutless and sounded like a VW Beetle. Previously it was a very peppy and solid sounding/solid running vehicle with "git-up and go" to spare. I called and found out that there were 2 (Carmax) warranty approved repair shops in Auburn, Ryan G Moterwerks NOT being one of them so I took it elsewhere. By warranty approved I mean Carmax regards the two Auburn shops to be "same as bringing into Carmax for repairs" and thus, shaving $50 off the normally $500 deductible. That mechanic called me within the hour to ask several questions.....specifically, did I change the sparkplugs and coils? I responded "not me, but the folks at a competitor did". They went on to tell me that "whoever" changed them torqued the spark plugs and the coils more than double the specs and insodoing, created the problems I have been experiencing. There was considerable technical jargon supplied to substantiate their assessment which I admit to not fully understanding and certainly not able to repeat here without botching the message. This was validated in my mind by them replacing the very spark plugs and coils that were replaced by Ryan G and the car running better than ever. So....in the final analysis, I will not take my vehicle back to Ryan G's despite initially really enjoying their service. Something like overtorquing spark plugs should never happen and causes me to wonder what else could be done incorrectly had I had other more in depth repairs required. Sorry guys, you only get one of these bloopers with me no matter how clean the work environment presents and how pleasant the folks are. Ultimately I take the car in for mechanical restoration, not the other stuff. Of course you may feel differently, that 9 months later any number of things could have been at play that were out of RGM's control. Truthfully, perhaps. But I'm not going to take a chance, repairs simply cost too much. What I do know is that the parts changed by RGM were indeed overtorqued - severely. What I do know is that no one touched those parts until the second place did. What I do know is that replacing these recently replaced parts totally fixed the issue. Cause/effect.

Amazing!! Just amazing! After being turned down from many other places, i thought for sure i wont get an approval. I was so wrong, they did an awesome job finding me a vehicle that i would love. I loved my current loan but i did want an upgrade and they gave me just that! So i traded my big girl in for a 2017 Mitsubishi and I LOVE it!! Thank you so much for everything. And it all happened real fast as well! :) Great Customer Service!

I love how clean my car is when I come out of here. They even dry my car by hand with scratch free microfiber cloths leaving it clean, dry and shiny. Amazed at how well they can clean the interior leaving a fresh new feel and nice smell.

This guy does an excellent job. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His pricing is incredibly fair and he does quality work. We have used him twice now and both times have been extremely satisfied.

Just fantastic service all around. Brought in my Jeep hard top to have it repainted and they restored the damage, protected my headliners and the GoPro mounts while cleaning out 7 years of dirt in the rubber gaskets on my freedom top. All for a very affordable price. Mario, Grace and their staff will treat you right.

The shop owner went above and beyond when replacing the alternator in my vehicle. He arranged for the tow truck to come get my vehicle for a very low cost and even replaced my windshield wipers for free! It's not the cleanest or the most organized place, but if you're looking for a good deal and someone who will go above and beyond I would recommend this place.
