Overall I think Momo is a great salon with talented stylists. I got a haircut which I really liked. I received useful advice from the staff about which style worked best with the form of my face. I also had a Japanese Perm done. The treatment didn't come out right on the first try so they asked me to come back and fix it. I couldn't post a review until after I washed my hair by myself. After seeing the results I give this place 5 stars. My only complaint was the price for the treatment since I've gotten better deals in other salons. But in the end, I got amazing results and a good quality treatment. Totally worth it!

i went to andrea to change my golden blonde into a white blonde with brown balayage. i was very scared at the beginning but andrea calmed me down as she talked about what she was gonna do to my hair to get the results i wanted. it was a very difficult process but andrea put all of her time and attention into my hair and the results came out amazing! just as how i wanted it. forever thankful and strongly recommended! if you're looking for a hairdresser who does it all, andrea is the one for you!

By far the worst salon I have ever been to since I moved to the GTA!!! Do not go here, they ruined my hair cut and the people working there are very rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed. Terrible costumer service and a very negative environment don't ever go here.

Have been going to Elements for a long time and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. The service is always great and the prices excellent. And, of course, the owner herself is a lovely person.

If i could give zero stars i would. Absolutely worst experience. So when i arrived, she was no where in sight until i rang a door bell which was fine w.e. Flora was super nice and easy to talk to but all of a sudden my foils(i got highlights) started burning! They were literally hot to the touch and i wasnt even under a heater. She then blamed it on the fact that my body was too hot and how it wasnt her fault. Then after washing my hair out she blowed dried some of the front pieces of my hair and asked if i liked it, i didnt answer but i apparently made a face and she freaked out! She slammed her blow dryer on the table and said she wouldnt even finish amd she wo t take my money because i didnt appreciate her work. I am a very indecisive person, so it takes time for me to decide if i like something or not. I calmed her down but deep down i was ready to walk out. She then kept going on about how it would have cost me 300$ to get these highlights done anywhere else(not true btw) and how she convinced me to do highlights instead of balayage because it wouldn't suit me. I paid because she does this in her home but i really didnt want to. My hair looks awful and i uave been told by everyone i know to get it fixed. I am so upset and annoyed with how i was treated. I was going to but the groupon but opted to pay her instead of a groupon and thats how i was treated. Never again will i ever go to her or even refer her. Very unprofessional. Hope this helps

Good place to get a hair cut, not that popular so you wont have to wait long although i went in the morning time. It was $19.75 for my hair cut so its decent price for a hair cut.

Kozeta's Salon Spa is a salon full of experienced and kind employees. They wont only make you look beautiful, they're smiles are contagious before you know it you will smile. (They also got rated the second best multi cultural in Canada)

Had a fantastic massage with Michelle here. I've been going to this spa since it opened 5 years ago & everyone there is wonderful. Michelle always explains what she's doing & why. A real professional. A very comfortable & relaxing spa.

All of the ladies here are extremely talented and kind. I always have an amazing experience with Janelle each time I visit!
