I have been going to Jerome Hair Salon for over 10 years for hair cuts and highlights. Michelle has done a great job every time I used her services. On top of being an excellent hair stylist, she has been professional, polite, and courteous. The reception stuff, Andrew and Megan, are welcoming and friendly. I did go for hair cut on July 8 and for highlights on July 16. Jerome Hair Salon took the approach of respecting and implementing the recommendation related to Covid-19, such as respecting the distance, wearing masks, and disinfecting the chairs after each client. As I am in the risk category, these measures really helped to decrease my anxiety level related to Covid-19. I sincerely recommend Jerome Hair Salon, and Michelle in particular.

I used to go to Tania, the owner, for a long time for eyelash extensions. She is wonderful and does a fantastic job. She is very meticulous and super professional. Tania isn't working much anymore and I have been going to Eliska and it's been a night and day experience. Sorry, the only word for it is a gongshow. Eliska is often late for appointments, sometimes cancelling without notice. If a client did that they would be penalized and charged a fee. She is very unprofessional and disinterested in her clients and the job. Her social life and her phone takes priority, talks continuously about who she's sleeping with, laughs about sleeping with one guy then with his best friend, marrying and using guys just to be able to stay in Canada, how much she drank etc., on and on. The sad thing is she thinks this is what customers want to hear and does not know what's appropriate. This girl is so far out of her depth in her behaviour and should not be in a business that requires detail, focus, professionalism and rapport with clients. I have stopped going to this salon as it is no longer a pleasant experience.

Had a gift certificate. In and out in under 5 mins with a shitty haircut. Definitely won't be back

The owner, Wendy runs an amazing business here. Not only is she experienced and talented but her staff is too. Her leadership shows even when she is not there. Everyone seems to know exactly what to do all the time there. The salon itself is quite stylish and trendy which I would expect for a salon on 17th. It is definitely worth a visit there. Your head will literally be in good hands.

I don't trust just anyone with my hair and Lucy is the best. Besides it's a great salon in a great location with great stylists.

Light pricks was all I felt. Before I realized it was done! I looked into the mirror nervously and it looked fine. I micro-dermabrasioned it on day 7 to remove excess skin and flakes. On day 8 it looked super natural like my own hair. I am so happy with the results.

Appointments can be a bit tricky to get, but just call in advance and you won't regret it! I love it that's it's a small place and it's almost like an intimate experience, the salon it's just for you. If you have curly hair, this is the place to get a DevaCut and lots of amazing tips to care for your curls.

I have been getting my haircut from Hadier now for 4 years. I have tried other places for different reasons (closer to work, booking conflicts, etc.) but nobody cuts hair as quickly and well as Hadier. I can leave my house and be back in 20 minutes with a men's cut that no-one can compare to. I don't go for the speed, but Hadier doesn't waste his time dilly-dallying. He knows exactly what he's doing.

Very unprofessional & rude!!! I had booked an appointment and she not only forgets and not apologize but states that she will call back which she never did. When given her a call again she rudely says I have come another time or I would get only half facial for a full price& she asks me do you want that???? Sick person I have ever spoken to.
