First time going here today. It was wonderful! Got my hair done by Alyssa. She was fantastic, and super helpful with suggestions, and styling!

This was my first time at Eveline Charles and I had the most fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the place looked very clean and the woman who greeted me at the door was very genuine. I was booked with Richard, even if it was a last minute appointment. I was unsure of what I wanted done with my hair, considering it was my first time. However, Richard (metaphorically) held my hand through every step, explaining why he was using certain products, how he was styling it, even down to how he used the foils on my hair! I got a Balayage with a beautiful caramel tone to it. His abundant knowledge of the industry, his genuine enthusiam, and his care and passion with customers gives first timers such as myself a moment to remember indeed. Thank you, Richard! For making myself believe that I am beautiful again.

Today I went for haircut. The owner told the hairstylist no need to wash my hair. Just they cut my hair and charged my for full service. I never go there and suject all to avoid going there.

I've been seeing Sam for years, and have always been very happy with my coloring and styles. He always has great suggestions if I am uncertain as to what I'd like done, but always does exactly what I want if I have something specific in mind.

Great service and people. Was able to get an appointment with a senior stylist while staying at the hotel next door. Very pleased with my cut and color.

I love this place. They sell great product, have great customer service and from what I have seen come out of there, every stylist is fabulous. I have never had to wait longer than 5 mins and often they are waiting for me. Very convenient location for DT workers. I definitely think it is worth the money. I don't really want to talk up my stylist for fear that she will get too many clients and I won't be able to make appointments anymore...but I will anyway...Rhoda is great! I have never left with a cut or style I didn't like. I also don't give her much direction but she manages to ensure a great cut. She also does my bang trims with so much care and attention. I don't go anywhere else.

Amazing service! I came in with mangled box died disaster of hair that hasn't been properly cut or died in a long time. It was a brassy root showing mess and Tish Ayotte completely fixed it in one session! It's now blond and beautiful! She took her time and was a complete perfectionist with me. I can not recommend her enough!

My bf bought me a coupon for a new set eyelash extensions before my birthday. I upgraded to Mega volume lashes, almost 4 weeks but they still looking beautiful and full. I booked balayage with Nathali for my hair, I amazed with the result and receiving so many compliments. Thank you and I will return :)
