Ever since re-opening after the village was closed earlier this year the turn over in staff has been insane. Should of paid the workers wages while they were off and kept some good decent staff. Horrible work, unexperienced stylists, overpriced mall horrible haircuts and rude management......I hope these ratings get back to the owners. I was a client for 7 years, had to hunt high and low to find my girl that left in Jan....After being lied to about her whereabouts by the STAFF AT SALON FREDERICKS, she found me thanks to social media, I finally have great hair again. I can't say i blame her for leaving!

The worse nail experience ever !! I paid 50.00 for a fill I went home and filed off because they were so bad!! They were thick and the colouring was terrible! Highly recommend going somewhere else

I asked the girl if she could wax my brows but still have them be 'thick and arched' she said she could... When I looked in the mirror I saw 2 VERY thin eyebrows. One was curved and the other was flat. Will not be going back.

Couldn't find wherelse to leave a review about a product,I have silver chrome foils that tend to go very brassy and copper so finding a shampoo and conditioner that takes care of that and brings me right back to the silver is sometimes hard to find. I bought the new milk shake shampoo and mousse conditioner, and I have never been so impressed and excited to come across such an amazing product for an affordable price. I ran out of my redken colour extend so I was using a drug store herbal essences shampoo for a few days which turned me completely yellow and orange and with one use of the milkshake only a very tiny unnoticeable amount of copper was in my roots which was amazing for the shape that my hair was in,the rest were completely toned back to silver. I hope this product will be around for the rest of my days! Absolutely fantastic.

I love the staff at Regis. Julie is my stylist and she is awesome. Always on time, so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I have such faith in her that I sit in her chair and say "what do you think". She is an artist. Her ideas are great and she is professional and very pleasant. It's a pleasure to go to Regis. Dustin is the manager. He is fabulous as well. I notice that he helps the staff and offers advise when they want it. A smart dedicated stylist. He and Julie sure set the tone for Regis. Great representation. I would absolutely recommend Regis as my own experience there has been 100% perfect. Thanks guys. I think that Julie should be assistant manager. She is that great.
