I love the salon customer service very happy to get my hair done here

I went here twice. Both for birthday blowout since i don't live anywhere near the salon to actually go there regularly and i have my own personal stylist who does house calls. The first time i went i had a great experience- she did a great head massage, was very friendly, took her time. The stylist was very nice. The second time i saw someone else. She was pregnant cant remember her name...she did my hair nice but she kept complaining about it being so long. I felt like she was rushing the service and didnt do anything extra, no head massage. It would have been nice since im a new mom and had made the appt for some pampering time on my birthday. I felt like she was bashing my hair to try to upsell me stuff which is not the way to go with me.i will spend money on products based on recommendation but not if your rude. I always tip well and did so in both of my visits since it was a free service that i received. My hair did look great in the end so i will return but probably only for a birthday blowout if im in the city on my birthday. I have recommended this salon to a lot of friends and family.

Today was my first visit to Salon AF. Leena is the most amazing stylist I have ever seen, she managed to create the look I have been after for years!!! Matching my natural colour at the roots perfectly and giving me the most amazing transitioning hair colour from dark to light blonde... And on top of that she did it quickly. The hospitality I experienced from booth Leena and Armando was a step above. I will never go anywhere else, thank you so much!!!

Wonderful people who attentively carry out the specific hair-cuts you ask for. They take names and phone numbers at the front desk in order to schedule you into an appointment slot (which is a little awkward since they're ordinarily not backlogged with appointments). But it's a good environment and the barbers are professional and efficient. The prices are reasonable and consistent with the price-points of standard haircuts nowadays.
