Awful. Worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Went in for a pedicure, they said they had someone who does pedicures in. Waited 20 minutes for a lady who very obviously wasn't trained to do pedicures. She couldn't even figure out how to use the nail polish remover. I asked her not to clip my big toe nails to short because I get ingrown toe nails and she cut all my nails so short they hurt. She did one coat of nail polish, got it all over my skin, left it on my skin and took another client. When I asked the hair dresser where she went she said she could do a top coat if I want. The first thing I did when I got home was scrub my feet clean because they felt dirty. This lady had no idea what she was doing. Don't waste your time or money. Is it even legal to have someone do pedicures that isn't certified !?

These are the results I've been waiting to see! I've been to a couple different spas and salons to get laser hair removal done, but this experience I have to say was the best. The one girl Ada was so professional and kind, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And she was really fast! I noticed results immediately after my first session. I'm very happy with everything here, the price and promotional sales, the service, the style and cleanliness of the place, everything! I highly recommend trying this one out!

Been going to EC since they started downtown many years ago. Was so glad when this location opened. Great service and always very happy with the results.

I went in just over a month ago to have my hair cut with highlights & lowlights. I have repeatedly asked that toner not be applied to my hair and scalp as it burns it. My asks were not honored and I now have hair that is severely damaged, still falling out & numerous bald spots on my scalp. I went it with hair that was all one length and a couple inches past my shoulders. It is now up to 5 inches shorter in areas and most completely broken off at the scalp. My hair was healthy, shiny and had no breakage or split ends. I have lost my self confidence, am humiliated when I have to go in public and will have no choice but to cut my hair off. Find another salon for coloring your hair. The color here is too harsh. If a higher level stylist can cause this much damage in one visit, imagine what someone less experienced will do. I've had to spend over $1000 on treatments and new hair products. I still have several bald spots showing no sign of regrowth. It's not just hair. I feel robbed of my identity.

Yes I am a man and have had Spa services done here and enjoyed them all. Staff is educated and kind. I would recommend you booking your next spa services here!
