I went to see the owner Jo who was fabulous on Jan.21/23 (my birthday) for a wash/cut/style. Amazing services. Calling this morning to book my teens in for cut and dyes while I am at work today! Rock on Studio 9!

Stylist didn't bother to introduce herself. She was told four separate times by myself and two other people what length I wanted my hair. She proceeded to cut an extra 4 inches off of it. Overcharged me by claiming she styled it. The cut is hideous and in no way looks like it was done by a professional
I cry every time I pass a mirror
GO ELSEWHERE- There is a First Choice across the parking lot - they can't be any worse
I left crying.
