I went in to get a pedicure done and I am from out of town , I had no idea they required a appointment, so I asked the woman behind the counter if I could get squeezed in for the day , I myself am a hairdresser in the states of Illinois, and Missouri so I understand the its busy especially on Fridays , I didn't have service on my phone as of course I'm from Missouri, I asked the woman if she knew of another place and she rudely said the names of 2 other places gave the numbers , I again couldn't call for lack of cell service so she gave me some of the worst directions I've ever seen , especially considering I'm from out of state and have no clue what or where she was telling me to go, I would never recommend this place to anyone , very rude customer service, and the rudest behavior to a potential client I have ever seen in any hair/nail salon in my life
