Started going here 3 years ago.. Once a year (I know I should go more often) LOL.. I love it here the staff is awesome! My stylist is Amanda and she is AMAZING! She listens and helps me with my drab hair and I ALWAYS walk out happy!!!

The estiticians are great but the front desk staff is very bad. Booked appointments for two of us and two days later totally screwed up severices and time. Instead of trying to fix it they yelled at us. Very poor customers service I understand mistakes happen but not they way to fix it by yelling at your customer.

This place was absolutely amazing. The minute I walked through the doors I felt comfortable! The atmosphere was calming and very welcoming. During my consultation Kaitlyn was very thorough and explained the process to me in detail. I have acne scaring throughout my face and hyper-pigmentation issues so we talked about a series of treatments that would help these issues disappear. The end result was amazing. I had a chemical peel done and a laser genesis done within the 2 weeks and already noticed a difference. She also provided me with a free after care kit. I also purchased products that I know are already working on my skin. I'd also like to mention the prices are the best I've seen in town so for a small penny I'm starting to feel beautiful again. I will recommend Vanishings to anyone who struggles with their skin or just wants to overall maintain the health and beauty of their skin. I'll definitely be going back for regular maintenance.

Both stylists are fantastic! They really listen to the client and give honest, professional opinions. Both stylists are also nail techs and they do waxing! They are really just the best!!!

Its pretty funny because I now live in Edmonton and tried out the Merle Norman salons here and they aren't even comparable to the one in Grande Prairie. So I usually wait until my brows need waxing to get them done there and not by just anyone I usually get them done by I believe her name is Janelle. She takes her time and is very specific and detailed and I love it. Keep up the good work as I have been going to this salon for my waxing needs for over 11 years now. Cassi **
