Unbelievably unprofessional!! I called ahead to make an appointment before purchasing a Groupon, and they confirmed the appointment via text the day before but I showed up at the stated time and there was no one there! The whole spa was closed! What terrible customer service and waste of money.

Amazing salon. If anyone wants to get waxing done, I would prefer Raj, she is a perfectionist and you wouldn't even feel any pain while waxing. She does perfect eyebrows and facial. I would recommend seeing Raj at the salon.

I had an appointment at 5:30.
The owner who was the one suppose to be doing my nails never showed .. I waited until 5:50pm and she still didn't show up . Not even a phone call to tell us she was going to be late. The ladies who do pedicures was the one who was very accommodating.. extremely dissapointed .
