For years I have seen looking for someone who could give me the cut that works so well with my thick naturally curly hair....and YOU DID IT!! Thanks for your patience and understanding. It works great natural and it's beautiful straightened. Haven't tried curling it yet but pretty sure that's going to be perfect too! As low maintenance as it gets 😊 Thank you ! Thank you!! Such an amazing relaxing place! The steam bath was incredible. The staff are so joyful and accommodating. Probably the best massage I have ever had in my life!! Heated beds?! Where can I get one?! Love Totally Refreshed. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I went in there the other day looking for eminence foundation and they were fantastic. We talked about the product, played with some of it, and then I made my purchase. Lorraine is the best stylest

My hair was in desperate need of saving! After being platinum blonde I tried touching up my roots on my own because I'd let my roots grow out too much. Needless to say I was left with orangish-yellow roots that were severely different from the rest of my hair. This salon was able to fit me in on a steady Sunday afternoon. Darri worked very hard and took great care to protect my hair but also striving to give me the look I wanted while protecting my hair's integrity. She did a fantastic job salvaging my damaged hair and helped make me feel human again, all while not chastising me for my error in judgement re: using boxed dye for platinum root touch ups. She was a life-saver today and I am truly grateful for her help and this salon's ability to fit me in during my hair crisis. She gave me good advice about how to protect my hair and gave me other options for hair treatments too. Overall I am very pleased and satisfied with how everyone listened to my concerns and Darri worked hard to save my hair and meet my expectations. Thank you, thank you!

Considering the fact that it was my first time doing my nails at this location and that it was a fact know to the owner, one would think that she'd assign their best technician to me, to make sure I come back. That is not what was done. Instead, i had the new one that had a practice session on my nails. Once she was done, she proudly raised my hand to show her colleagues her work and their faces said it all...keep practicing. Not very exciting when sitting in the client's chair and paying the same price for the nervous student as for the top technician of the place. I will not be going back.

My wife been coming to this nails salon for 15 years She always happy with her nails. She takes me come with he for pedicure there once a moth I love it . Clean , nice people, very friendly, good place to come get your pedicure .
