A Wonderful Salon you must try! A good friend recommended Kristin's Salon to us, so we tried it out. We have been going there for years now. We visit there regularly (every 5 weeks) and we always leave there feeling and looking fabulous, because of Kristin. We have also recommended Kristin's Salon to other friends and they are pleased with our suggestion. We like the convenient location in Burnaby and the free parking provided.

Depends on what you want, you can get any level of services, simple hair cut to any style. Different level of skills are there and need to just communicate it with staff. Nasser is the manager w/ over 30 years experience, talk to him!

Ive booked my appointment through aura's website and May was the one who was available at the time that works for my schedule. This was the first time I visited this salon. I showed May the picture I wanted to get, Medium A line bob. Tried to get to know her to see how long she's been working and she says 11 years. I was thinking for such a long time working as a hair stylist, she should be good! I was wrong. I feel like she was in a rush because the salon was closing. I was in the salon for 20 minutes! She says, all done. That's the length you wanted. I asked if there are layers in the back, she says yes a little bit. Omg! It was a mistake.i needed to see another stylist few days after to make sure the cut was aligned and layered from the back to the front to actually get the cut that I wanted. this was the first time I visited your salon and was disappointed of the service.

Wilson the owner is personable and friendly and keeps his prices fair. He is a great stylist and caters to my style requests. I continue to go to him despite not being close to my home or work.
