I've been going to a hair stylist in richmond for the past 6 years but it was a pain to get to richmond for a haircut. Found this place by accident and went with a hair stylist named Nancy for my last 6 cuts and love it. feeling sexy and the head massage while shampooing my hair is so relaxing highly recommended, even my wife tried this place afterwards

This is a disgusting salon. They are rude and liars. They over process my sisters hair break her hair off in the front. The hide it, lied about it. Charged her a fortune and when she went back to complain they lied again. The refuse to give her back her money for the highlights. They are disgusting and I would never go there.....

My daughter went to Shielo for manicure lash tint and body scrub...she was a bit under the weather before she went.. came home and felt so much better...would highly recommend the services here ...will be back for sure

Getting your hair coloured can be a lengthy and an expensive process. It is a commitment. We all want that pinterest hair. I researched what goes into hair colouring before I made an appointment. I knew I wouldn't walk out with rainbow hair after the first appointment (and with natural black hair to start with). I knew I was in the right hands as soon as I saw my stylist's colourful hair. Stephanie gave me her expert advice and we talked through it before we started. I was honest and told her I had a box dye in my hair. It was a bit of a factor when we started the bleaching but we worked with it. After my second appointment I got my coloured ombre hair. Stephanie is an up-beat- fun talking person but also very professional. She knows her stuff. I will continue to get my hair coloured by her at the Chatters Burnaby Lougheed location.

Came here withba picture of the hair style I wanted. The hair dresser acted likenshe knew what I wanted and how to do it but in the end I came out with something completely different. I asked and reminded her multiple times while cutting and she said she knew what she was doing. But that was all talk. What's the point of taking a picture all in different angles to show the hair style you want if you dont get it? Only reason for 2 stars is because of the shampoo girl. Hairdresser. Not so good. Over priced and poor job. Hairdressers never stay more than a few months. Bad. Very bad

I have been regularly attending this barber shop through recommendation from family member. Been attending for almost 10 years as a continued regular customer everything I need my hair dressed. Thank you a bo keep your smile and good service!

The owner is nice, but the place is pretty dirty. You can see hair accumulated on the brushes from previous customers. She also wasn't cool with me taking a picture of the inside for this review. I paid $15 for a pixie cut, and probably won't go there again.

I have been going there for long time, it's affordable. And sonam and amita both are amazing. My skin is sensitive so they make sure that they take enough time so my skin doesnot hurt. And they are really friendly. I would recommend to book appointment so you dont have to wait. I would totally recommend this place 😘❤️

I only go here to get my eyebrows threaded and no where else! Been coming here for at least the past 14 years and still love this place. A bit of a line up now pending on what time you go. They offer to do ur upper lip and chin also for an additional $5. Totally optional.
