Is a perfect salon, very good service. I'm satisfied with my new hairstyle.

For the sake of your hair DO NOT GO HERE. I asked for the sides to be cut and a little bit off the top or something like a fade. ( I have glasses and I need to take them off when I get a cut so they aren't in the way. This is when you need to trust them.) She sloppily cut the sides off and butchered the top. By the time she "thought" her job was done there was spots on my head with hair on it still. I had to go home and fix it myself. And now I wear a hat around my own home because I can't stand to look at my hair.

By far the most disgusting place on earth. Nasty people that work there, no manners, dirty, lice infested. Must avoid at all cost.! Worst experience of my life.! I was in shock for months, I finally decided to write a review to help others.

I have been going to Preet for over five years for threading and waxing and now just had my first facial. She is very knowledgeable, friendly with a positive disposition. i recommend Preet to everyone i know.

Great barbers, for a great price. Only downside is the wait. Sometimes takes me 3 hours to get my haircut.

Liars They lie to your face. I bought a automatic curler from their store. Before the sale I specifically asked them if I can return it in case I don't find it useful for me. They said I can not return it but I can exchange it. After billing also, the so-called warranty paper they handed to me was clearly highlighting that I have 30 days to exchange. After 1 week, when I went back to their store for exchange with regular curling rod because I didn’t find automatic curler good for me. I had my hair stuck into it multiple times. I don't want to risk cutting my hair due to it. They said that their receipt says that “Miracurl is final sale” so they can not exchange it. THEY LIED TO MY FACE BEFORE SALE!!!! Even if you say that the receipt says it is final sale, I don't get receipt before sale alright. Before sale, I have to believe what you tell me. AND YOU CLEARLY TOLD ME I COULD EXCHANGE IT!!! I am never going to set my foot in their store ever again after experiencing their carefree behavior.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. The stylist did not do anything I asked, did not ask me if I was satisfied with my experience which by the way I was not. Everyone was extremely rude and I've never been more unhappy with a hair cut. Complete waste of time and money

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Got a balyage done for the first time and I am so glad it was done here! If you get the chance to go, ask for Yeri! She knows her stuff, she's a colour wizard. Probably one of the only girls you can trust with your hair! Haha

I go to magic cuts for all my hair care needs. Tina is amazing, she knows exactly what to do and my hair always looks great! My husband is happy with his hair cuts too!

Cannot review or comment on the entire salon itself, but this review is specifically for one barber/employee named Thomas. He was shown a picture to replicate a haircut. During the haircut he was even advise how to cut the hair because he was starting to cut shorter than the actual picture. He pushed his own suggestion on how to cut the hair and gave layers when i voiced to him not to. The end result I had a lot shorter hair and layers which didn't match the picture. He tried to give me curls to hide the mistake. Management please retrain him.
