I've had two different stylists here and both were fantastic. The salon takes your coat, they bring you coffee, and it is clean and cheerful. Great staff.

Beautiful ambiance.

My experience was horrible the lady kept saying "this take to long" so many times I offered to go somewhere else. She made my finger bleed. I will never betray Nancy's nails again. I wouldn't even give one star but had to so I could make a comment. Don't waste your hard earned money ladies

The lady ruined my eyebrows and refused a refund... like seriously ruined them i look so stupid now 😭

Krista is so professional and amazing at what she does, she's clearly very passionate about what she does and it shows in her work! She does all my pampering...nails, toes, lash extensions and brow and Brazilian waxing, every service is always great!! Highly recommend!!

Getting in to even see the doctor at Lazure is by far the biggest hassle. I recently wanted to get Botox closer to home- my Doctor in Vancouver is wonderful, but the drive can be very stressful & inconvenient. I called lazure to book an appointment- firstly, the 'doctor' isn't available everyday. And the consultation isn't free, so if you end up not wanting a treatment- you'll end up using this fee for something at the clinic since you won't get it back. That being said, they will not book an appointment for you without taking your credit card deposit over the phone (shady much?) I've never once been asked by any clinic for a deposit to simply see the doctor for an assessment. They claim this is done because people would skip their appointments- every person has a right to change their mind. This fee goes directly into the pocket of the doctor so her time isn't wasted. Secondly, they do not have a single before & after photo of the doctors work. I wouldn't let any work be done to my face without seeing before/after photos. Would you get plastic surgery from a doctor without seeing his/her portfolio? The same goes for fillers and botox. I decided to stick with my vancouver doctor, at least I know I'm in good hands.

Brileigh is my hair goddess, I love her and this place!

My 2 young children and I went in today for impromptu hair cuts. The lovely ladies made time for us and made the experience wonderful for us all. They were fun, enthusiastic, supportive and most of all very patient. They heard my six year old wanted to try curls and colour and they made sure she had that special experience. My three year old wanted hair like dad's and they were so great. Even made time to trim mom's hair. And all together the experience was affordable!!! That was great. There was a play area exciting enough that mom could get a stress free hair cut. Unbelievable to be honest.

I always enjoy my experiences at Sour Apple. The staff are very professional and accommodating. The prices and services are very comparable to other Spa style salons. Sour Apple also supports their local community by hosting events that benefit the less fortunate. The location is beautiful, right at the river in the Osprey Village. I would recommend Sour Apple for your next Spa needs.

This place is the only place I'll come to have my eyebrows done. I usually ask for Kim to do them (because if there's one person I'd trust with my brows it'd be her!!).The price here is great!! Only around $5 for eyebrow threading. The last place I did them used to cost me $12! I always recommend this place to friends and family

My eyebrows always look great. I’m so picky with my eyebrows but these ladies always get them on point.
