I am employed as an esthetician at Tango Salon and work closely with the proprietor, Heesun. She has been very accommodating and supportive while I have been building my clientele. Heesun is an excellent hairstylist and colorist who carefully assesses her clients requests with thoughtful advice and suggestions. She consistently goes above and beyond to serve her clientele with expertise that provides beautiful results. Heesun has a loyal and thriving clientele because of her skill but also her gentle and caring manner. I highly recommend Tango salon for great services and a friendly "family like" atmosphere to work in!

Wonderful experience. If you're using the student services, I recommend Bessy. She's very warm and will make you feel welcome. She and her instructor were accomodating with my special request to cut minimum 8" off so my hair can be harvested and donated to Pantene Beautiful Lengths program (partnership with Canadian Cancer Society). I was impressed they squeezed me in for same day appointment.
I was a model for waxing exams for two students at Aveda over a decade ago and had excellent experience both times. I'll be modeling for a makeup test soon so I'll keep posted on how that goes.

The staff were really nice. However, I wasn't happy with my hair. I asked for "balayage" and at the end I had orange and black hair. She didn't tell me it would take 2 sessions or I would of gone a different route. After paying over $200 for orange hair, I came back and tried again. It was just a different shade of orange and still not even remotely close to what I asked for. I paid over $200 again and went home broke and unhappy. I bought a $6 bottle of bleach and dyed my ends to make my own balayagee and absolutely love it. The girl who did my hair was super friendly and so nice but never again will I pay almost $400 for orange hair.
