The owner is a great stylist. She's very professional but down to earth. The location is in a good, centralized location of Waipahu. There's plenty of parking. It's best to make your appointment way in advanced since this is one of the only African American beauty salons on the island. Well worth the time, money and if you're coming from town then it is also worth the travel time.

Did a great job and I like the turn out. But, I feel like I paid twice as much because I'm not a "local". Highlights say 75+ and that leaves it open to charge whatever they want to whoever they choose. Probably won't go back due to outrageous prices.

Sung Hee is AMAZING to say the least. I've been to multiple shops and none of them did what I wanted them too, but I paid anyways when really I should've just walked out. She got my hair to the color I wanted and than helped fix my hair because the last person that layered did a horrible job and left hard lines that were visible when my hair was straightened. Sung Hee fixed that, and I was very happy with the ending result! All around a great hairstylist who knows what she's doing. Looks like I found a new salon for me and my 2 boys.

Very friendly staff, clean salon, and great service! I've gotten my hair cut from 4 different stylists there and I have not one complaint. The manager Justin is awesome. He and his staff are very talented.

Warning, ask for a color swatch before you get a color. I wanted ashy blonde highlights and they came out an ugly gray. The lady does not know how to cut layers. She took 2 inches off in some places when I asked for 3/4 inch. Instead of pulling hair up and angling inward, she uses thinning scissors.
The good: she was really good about not burning my hair and her highlighting technique is good. Just make sure you know what colors she is using.
