I dont even want to give her a star, i had gone to val for a trim, bangs and layer s...i came out with a mullet...as an 18 year old girl this is horrid...as well as when we called for a refund she refused and hung up on us. Very unprofessional and highly disappointing

I had an appointment at 12:30, drove to town. The building was locked and the sign said "closed". I waited until 12:45 and left. I drove across the street and made another appointment at the Cutting Edge for next week. I am very disappointed. I checked the website. There was a note that said they had an emergency on Wednesday and had to leave early. They must have a lot of emergencies.....and don't bother to call and let clients know not to come and wait.....

My 5 year old won't go anywhere else. He loves his stylist and she does a great job listening to what he wants.

I have quite challenging hair to cut and the girls here nail it every time. I used to hate going to the hair dresser and now I can't wait to schedule my next appointment.

After retiring here from Vancouver, BC. I tried "several" hair stylists...what a wonderful feeling I have now after finding Ginny! I am so happy with my hair and would recommend this salon if you are looking for an excellent stylist!

My hairdresser is Fallon, she is brilliantly talented in both cutting and colouring hair. I have been seeing her for at least three years now, and through the long and the short hair she has never failed to amaze me with her skill and make me fall in love with whatever look we decide to create together. Thank you Chatters for consistently hiring excellent staff and thank you Fallon for making me feel beautiful!
