I found this place a week ago, and I am totally committed, it is Serene Beauty Spa, located in Langley. Mandy is the most adorable esthetician that I have ever had the opportunity to encounter. She certainly is up-to-date with all of the new and advanced spa treatments. I trust Mandy's suggestions and you see the results almost immediately. Thank you Mandy for being my new spa esthetician.

I have been wearing a men's hair system for over 30 years, the last 10 as a client of Maria Jaggard Salon. Up until the last 2 hair systems which started in May 2021, everything was satisfactory. I did not make an issue from the purchase in May 2021, I should have. I have never seen a hair system lose this amount of hair over a 2 year period. I stayed with Maia Jaggard and purchased a new hair system in February 2023. 3 months later this hair system is losing hair as well in the front and needs a serious repair. Maria offered to have it repaired for free but I do not have a backup system to wear during the repair. What do you do for 4 months? In 30 years I have never had a backup hair system. A quality hair system should never require a serious repair in 3 months. It's not the brush, shampoo, and conditioner or abused. It's the product. Regarding the thinness across the front Maria replied: They do tie hair lighter across the front and they normally only guarantee any problems up to 1

Joy is an eyebrow goddess! I was nervous trying a new salon after being disappointed by so many, but all the staff here are honest and make you feel so comfortable. Looking forward to going back soon.

Happy (spelling) is a great aestheticain, I only realized how good until I tried to go somewhere else and they had a way harder time with what I usually get done (and hurt me more) I've gone here a bunch of times and she has always done it quickly and professionally.

You can't go wrong with Julie! This is my usual place to get a haircut. I always have Julie do my hair and I have yet to be disappointed. In fact, she has made suggestions for my hair which has resulted in me getting several compliments. My whole family now goes to see her. The only problem is that she's very popular and there is often a wait if you just show up without an appointment. I do recommend calling and making an appointment.

Renu is experienced and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I have never had any kind of laser treatment done before seeing her and was nervous about what to expect. That was 6 months ago, I have been seeing her ever since. Very accommodating and reasonably priced.

I will highly recommend them.. bcoz very good service.. well trained and friendly staff..
