I've been seeing Zack for awhile now. He is a true artist at cutting, styling and technical. He listens and makes wonderful suggestions. He is fun to work with every time. Always leave feeling amazing and looking my best. The other stylists and owner are very friendly. Ive witnessed a number of beautiful makeovers in othwr chairs. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of parking in the parkade. I highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place a full 5 stars for the few exceptional staff members and the owners but there are a few areas where it falls flat. There are several staff that know very little English. To the point where my nail tech had to ask one of his co-workers to translate for him when I was explaining I didn't want a particular nail filled too much due to some pre-existing minor trauma. The manicures are always great. Anna in particular is wonderful. She doesn't feel the need to over-take the appointment with constant conversation (which is nice for me personally - I like to relax and watch the home design shows they have on) but when she does she's funny and a pleasure to converse with. there are other great techs but I, unfortunately, do not know they're names.

Alchemist always does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this place!

I moved to MR last year and I been going there since.I get full set/refill and pedi. I read the previous review was scared to go but I don't know what they talking about I haven't had any problems in the last year I been going there

Wanted to get my eyebrows waxed, when I got into the room she threaded them instead, I was hesitant but allowed it so I guess that’s my fault. Charge $15 (same as an eyebrow wax), I could have paid $7 if I wanted to be threaded at a nearby place. Tip would have been larger if the price was fair.

Bonnie is amazing! She has been a great hairstylist to work with. She has a private hair salon and will go visit the elderly on Fridays since they can't come to her to get a haircut. I would recommend her salon to anyone!

Skilled stylists in a modern beautiful salon.

My first time at this salon. I had called and was able to get an appointment on a very short notice. Had a very professional esthetitian Eva do my Brazilian bikini wax. Clean. Experienced . Very friendly and most importantly knows what she is doing. Will be back.

Great prices and services. Have been a few times for manicures/ pedicures and they don't disappoint!
