Very poor quality on the prefinished doors. Manufactures rep came out and looked at the product and I was told that this particular product (3 panel door) is very hard to finish. There equipment is not very good. Its the wood. Basically everything but their fault. the problem with the doors is that they have misses and runs in the stain on the vertical edges. They have been very reluctant to fix the problem. I would not order another prefinished door from them again. I would just finish them myself as it looks like I will do this time except I paid them to do it

Receiving hours 07:00-13:00 HA! Horrible attitude in receiving dept (with the employee I dealt with). Receiving hours worse than bankers. 7:00-1:00. Quarter after 7 still waiting for gate to open. Receiving gate on one side of building, receiving office on the complete opposite side of property. Walk over there just to tell you to walk back and drive thru gate(when it finally opens). People moving at the speed of...oh wait "no speed". Wednesday , I would hate to see them on a Friday. You can tell this is the type of place if you show up @ 12:300 they wouldn't recieve your delivery. Making America Great Again

Shipping times are 0600 to 2100. There is plenty of OTR parking. After door assignment tune CB to ch-2. Appointment times are not strictly adhered to. Loading time varies but is acceptable for the number docks/trucks/FLT drivers just be patient and polite, you'll only benefit yourself. Place is clean and tidy outside so don't be a SWIFT and throw pee bottles and/or trash on the floor and get us barred from overnighting here.
