Had renos done at home. Contractor bought some materials. Couple.of anchors left over (not a huge amount maybe $25 worth). First counter person said that I was over the 30 day return by a couple of days, then when I asked for a manager, some guy with a smug smile stated he couldn't return due to 30 day policy and then he tried to say also due to condition....REALLY?????
The product was still in its original packaging amd.never removed. Terrible experience. Better to deal with big box stores. CONSUMERS BE WARE!!!!

Put a deposit down on some random flagstone in May and told them my project was going to happen in July and they told me they would hold no problem. Went to pay it out and arrange delivery only to find they sold our stone and no long carry random flagstone. Now that im halfway through my project i am now scrabbling to find something we like.
