Had renos done at home. Contractor bought some materials. Couple.of anchors left over (not a huge amount maybe $25 worth). First counter person said that I was over the 30 day return by a couple of days, then when I asked for a manager, some guy with a smug smile stated he couldn't return due to 30 day policy and then he tried to say also due to condition....REALLY????? The product was still in its original packaging amd.never removed. Terrible experience. Better to deal with big box stores. CONSUMERS BE WARE!!!!
