Clean bulk fuel pumps. Very open and easy to get to.

Poor Quality workmanship. Had siding soffit and fascia installed. 6 out of 8 full pieces of fascia not held on by gutters blew off over time. Pieces of soffit falling off. And pieces of siding coming off first called Tri-west after 2 years of install. Was told warranty was done but they would come look. But it would be a while because they were busy. No Show! Called again when the final 3 of six were gone. Said I would pay to have replaced but would like a deal because install was the problem. This time it would be a while because of holidays. I said no problem No show! Called a third time and explained about the no shows and laps of so much time, and if they would come and give an estimate. They said no problem would come out and look. No Show! Well its now been a long time and I expect to get nothing from Tri -west. So I have gone else where. Just a warning if you find something wrong with your install get on it ASAP and don't let up until fixed.

Everytime I go in there best experience in relation to big box store. Very personable and friendly. Dont feel like Im talking to a Bot worker. Only once over 10 years I went in there in the product was not the best. Im sure if I said something they would have corrected it but I couldnt bother.

I have always had good experiences with this company. The custom aluminum work I've had done has been very good, and I've been quite happy with the prices, service, and time needed for fabrication.

I only went there because I had to match existing stone, and they had the closest match. The older lady that works there, Debbie, wasn't polite but I wasn't there to make friends either. I went to return an extra box of stone and she said that because of changing of ownership she wasn't able to (no idea why not). When I explained that the only reason I was returning is because I have no storage space for it, and rather pay the re stocking fee, she yelled and said: DONT YOU UNDERSTAND!!!! NO MEANS NO! and then she hanged up the phone. Not only Im not buying from them ever again, Im also filing a formal complain!!
