Cabinetry

The measurements and design met my needs. My questions were fully answered. Installation carpenters were prompt and efficient. They dealt courteously and respectfully with staff and other residents in my building. Finished product is solid and beautiful. Requests for follow-up feedback from management came as soon as installation was completed.

Team was great. Follow up on the installation process was professional. Bed was installed December 2017. Just waiting for a couple adjustment to be made to the Murphy bed before I complete my review.

Yes the product is decent at best for the price. This place has horrible customer service. Chris has no idea how to deal with people. If it were not for his workers, I am not sure he would have lasted in this business given his poor people skills. Additionally, the product is fragile and the finishing is average. If you move the cabinets slightly they come loose. Finally, I have not seen cabinets that are not square. I measured one of their cabinets and it WAS NOT SQUARE. Better pay more, get better product and get treated with respect.

Lou is fantastic. He has done two beautiful kitchens for us plus a few built ins. We have recommended him to many friends and family who have used him. All were very happy with his workmanship.

Great service and kitchens

We worked with Decorama after meeting them at the Toronto Homeshow. They did an amazing job on our kitchen and vanities. The quality and professionalism from Decorama was top notch. Would definitely recommend Decorama!

We did a full kitchen reno with Aya and couldn't be happier. The entire process from design to installation and finishing went smoothly. The quality was amazing, Definitely worth the price. Our designer Didar was top notch. She was very helpful making our kitchen one of a kind. She spent a lot of time with us in the design process to make sure our final layout and design was perfect. Didar was always there with suggestions and creative input. They were very careful bringing everything in and setting it up. Igor, our installer did superb work making sure all the cabinets were set up just right and all doors lined up perfectly. We also installed a countertop and backsplash through them which turned out amazing. Overall we are very happy and will recommend them to everyone we know.
