Amazing beach, great campground. Absolutely love Sandbanks!

They stayed open late for me to get there to buy a couple of tanks of propane. I really appreciate it.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here .. the campers are all so respectful and social. There is always something to do from the beach and water toys to the social committee making sure there are tons of events to keep adults and kids occupied...I would never go to another park...I hit the jackpot on this park... also yes we were ALL out of power, only difference is we made the best of a bad situation and we had a blast...I'm just sorry some ppl dont know how to cope with what life throws at you!

This site is primarily used by seasonal campers and those with RVS. However, they were able to accommodate us with our tent and bikes. The owner was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. There is beach front and a boat launch. The camp is within easy cycling distance to Sandbanks Provincial Park. We would definitely camp here again.

From the minute we got off the bus, the staff at Camp Stella Maris integrated my football team into an experience that was wall-to-wall fun for the day! Relationships improved and trust was developed in a way that would have taken weeks at practice. The way the staff built teamwork into every challenge was above and beyond anything I had seen. It was not the ropes or nets or heights that made this a meaningful trip for my team, bottom line it was the care and commitment of the staff!

Just had a great 5 days at Calabogie Lake side camping and RV! Sylvain and Jennifer are awesome park owners. They are always available and are always making sure everyone is happy. The park has a sand beach which is kept very clean! The park itself is very clean and lots of friendly campers! And lots of improvements and more sites to be added! Definitely will return! The lake is great for boaters of all kinds.....kayaks, paddle boards, sea doo, and power boats for water fun!! There are lots of trails for atvs. Even had some great fries from FriDayz

Great people and the owners are great people. A must see view that everyone enjoys.

Camp Canaanland is a local church owned Bible camp, staffed by trained, Born-Again Christians. Our camp staff is committed to Christ and they share our burden to reach young people. Camp Canaanland's burden is to see boys and girls come to know Christ as their personal Savior and grow in the things of God.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating they were able to get us in on a holiday weekend when we had issues at another campground. Bathrooms were constantly cleaned. Already booked for next 4th of July. Great location close to city.

This is one of those rare “family run” camp grounds that everyone must visit. From getting a huge hug from the owner, to having hand dipped ice cream, the stay was amazing. Firewood delivered to your site, lush green grass, and nothing but huge smiles. A must stay! A must visit, and a truly unique place. One of my best!

Very clean and great views of the water

Very nice place! Restrooms were kept exceptionally clean. The hosts were absolutely amazing and helpful. The beach is nice and clean and has a great place to grill. It was quiet except for a few rowdy neighbors but the hosts made sure noise was kept to a minimum. Will definitely be coming back!
