My recent purchase of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee was with out a doubt the best new car purchase experience that I have had. All questions that I asked were answered factually and there were no pressure tactics forcing me to make a deal. The sales person Sam Degrechie was knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the process. Thee was no back and forth between the sales person and the sales manager - just and agreement to a fair offer and no up sell. The service staff were great and the Parts Manager gave very good advice regarding tire pressure sensors with the snow tire package. A very pleasant experience and a great new Jeep.
