This location has one of the best staff, I have dealt with Taylor and Chase and they are one of best sales persons I have ever seen, no one will push you for sale and they will always try to make sure that you get the best deal and the car which matches your need. My next vehicle is definitely coming from here.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a new BMW X6 this week ( WE LOVE IT) ! From the second we walked in the front door Carlos our salesman was amazing! Carlos explained every feature of the car from top to bottom! 24 hours after we took delivery of the car Carlos took the time to call us and ask how we have enjoyed the first day with our new wheels and if we had any questions about the car! We also purchased an extended warranty, tire care and leather care pckage from Brad, he was fantastic not pushy gave us time to discuss if we wanted to purchase any of the add on features and gave us a great price on the add ons! Stopped in to look at a new vehicle. Kaid helped us out and was able to give insight to what we may want to purchase. All with no high pressure to buy right now. Certainly a breath of fresh air compared to what we normally go through at the various auto dealerships. Check Kaid out if you need a new Nissan or Infinity.

One of the best experiences was dealing with Jeff Luc at Ens Lexus. Not only did he take his time explaining the options and features of my is350 f sport, but he brought me into the shop and introduced myself to the rest of the staff. Days that my car needed service Jeff made sure that I had a ride, if not one of the shuttles but leaving me a loaner or even personally coming to my house and picking me up. His non pressure sales tactics were one of the many reasons why I bought this car he was willing to take the time even when not at work to help myself out if needed if I had any questions. 10/10 without a question of a doubt for Jeff and the Lexus team. I’m not too sure how they got a 1 star but I’m sure this individual clicked 1 star by accident because I don’t see how anyone could give a 1 star rating to a dealership as top notch as Lexus!

Friendly service and they uselly have what you need.

First time buyer at Ens Toyota on Jan 9. Sales staff were knowledgeable, helpful and didn't pressure me when it came to the sale. Plus I got a good deal and a good offer for my trade-in. Thus far I'd go back to them again for a vehicle purchase. I dealt with Muhammad Nadeem, who was friendly and low pressure.
