We had an amazing experience here! We had some issues with our BMW just outside Cranbrook and had our car towed here as Trail was the closest place to service BMWs. We had nothing but excellent service. I called just before close and they told me just to leave it after hours and they would look at the next day. Despite a full day the owner came in and looked at it before they opened. By 8:00 the next morning he gave us a call and discussed the problem and had it out by that afternoon! Super knowledgable about BMWs and educated us on proper maintenance for our car. He texted the next day to make sure it ran okay and even went as far as to text us a recommendation for a garage in vancouver as we were moving to the city! Everyone in the office was super friendly! Would 100% recommend!

UPDATE: Rick has paid us in full. I'm with a transport company that has hauled various cars to their dealership. We have tried for 1 1/2 years to get paid the 5,000 they owe us. These guys don't pay their bills, which just reflects negative business practices. Why would you buy a car at place that cannot manage their own finances?

The guys in this shop are very good. They are friendly and know what they are doing. Very honest also. We return there any time we have problems with any of our vehicles. Great service, thorough and very well priced. I highly recommend you take all your car care needs here.
