I bought a car through Yes Car, I then referred my buddy - they sent me a $300 referral cheque. Awesome service, and they explained everything to me so it made sense.

5 star service is what I've come to expect from the team at Parker's and they never let me down. Truly appreciated the way they keep us up to date on our service work, and are more than accommodating to get us in when it works for us.

Rich was kind enough to help me out when my Audi broke down while visiting from Vancouver. Great service, good communication, fair price. He managed to get me up and running in time for my return home. Highly recommended!

Take all my seasonal equipment ( gas weed eater, chainsaws,snowblower,John Deere ride - on mower etc....) there. Never been more than a few(3) days to get anything back and am always surprised at the bill and how little it cost, and never any surprises. Great service at the Counter and very professional service work. As far as I'm concerned what any service center "SHOULD" be ! Thanks to all Gerards staff for the Great Service.

This is the largest RV dealer in Penticton they are located in the industrial area close to the channel Parkway. They have a outstanding selection of high-end RVs mostly diesel pushers. This is a place I like to go to on Sunday walk through and look at all the beautiful RVs, the staff there are extremely friendly and don't mind you walking through the units they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Delivered new units to them on Saturday. It was great!! Very nice people.

Great buying experience. Mike Turner is fantastic...knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I had so many questions and got answers to every one. All the managers and staff are polite and encouraging. I now own a 2018 Rogue with ProPilot Assist, exactly what I wanted and needed at a fair price. If you are looking for a vehicle...this is the place to go!

Did some nice work on my bike that some other people just couldn't seem to manage to do

We went into the dealer to test drive a used Sorento to find out it had 3,000 more kilometers on it than advertised, and big scratch and dent in the rear passenger side door. The salesman did not even introduce himself. I felt like he didn't want to sell us anything at all. We came in there to make a deal with our Mercedes Benz GL320 and they completely lowballed us with $1600 trade in!!! (It's a 2008, fully loaded.) The manager didn't even come out and talk to us or even acknowledge we were there. Very disappointed!!. I was sold on that Sorento before we even got there. Even with the higher kilometers. They would have had to fix the passenger door though. Super unimpressed with how things happened and a HUGE waste of time.

Went there on Saturday looking for a car. I've dealt with Dwayne who was extremely friendly and not pushy at all as most of the sales reps are. He was very honest from the beginning until the end. I strongly recommend that place. Thanks a lot Dwayne for your honesty and friendliness! You're a good man ;)
