Great customer service always from the Murray GM Abbotsford team. Over the past 5 years of vehicle purchases and vehicle service appointments we have always been looked after as valued customers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle or for service. Well done and a shout out to Service Rep Cole for always doing such a good job looking after me and my wife when we come in for service appointments.

Stay away from this dealer they judge you from what car you drive and how you look. I pulled in with my honda civic wearing work clothes parked walked the lot went into showroom not one person acknowledged me. I left came back a week later in my 2018 range rover svr had sales person running outside to greet me.

I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing staff at The Honda Way. I was travelling home to Kamloops and had some issues with my tires, rendering my vehicle not safe to drive. The staff there, especially Lisa, were amazing. They fit me in ASAP, clearly explained the problem, and were exceptionally fair on the price to fix it. I may have had to spend the night unexpectedly but The Honda Way truly did their best to ensure I was taken care of!

Very Friendly team of people working at Murray Kia. Great follow up from this group. When I booked my service appointment I received a call a few days later to reconfirm/remind. I also received a follow up email a few days after the service was complete. The dealership is clean and comfortable to hang out in while waiting for my servicing to be finished. The whole team is fantastic!

I have been planning to buy a Ford since 1990 , I used to have a Ranger in the 80,s When my Dad had Coastline Concrete Finishers... We also had other trucks from louisfield , or how ever its speld.... I hope Kyle had a groovie vacation , the salesman.. My dad is 74 today and is tickled pink , I could hear his smile over the phone as when he retired he moved to Airizona.. Ps.. Bought a 2018 wrangler here last summer and it's been great for getting out and exploring! The purchase was quick and easy thanks and I never felt hassled or pushed once. Been back once for an oil change since then too, called and they got me in and out the same day. They even did a little cleaning of the interior which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated since the jeep gets a little dusty off-roading

Very friendly and efficient! Came out after to fix a minor problem with our glove box we forgot to mention without charging us. They swapped out all of our air filters wich made a huge difference, and they fixed our brakes so they're even better than new. The employees were incredibly friendly and informative, and kept us up to date on everything they were doing. They also charged us much cheaper than our last car brand by almost 200 dollars for the same service. We've definitely converted to lifetime customers!

I haven't been in to Abbotsford Volkswagen for a while, but I have to say the new location is amazing and the energy is positive and lively. I was greeted warmly and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I will definitely be back!

I have to say that Tony Pav and Grayson are amazing. They worked so hard to get our daughter the car she wanted. I've always had the slimmy car salesmen experience. Not these guys!!! Funny friendly and pretty laid back. So happy we decided to check this place out. You made our experience spectacular. You guys are great!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

Brought my 2017 Tacoma into service concerning a recall, vibration, and a dash rattle noise. Grant, whom which was my service advisor was great to work with, easy going and kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck as it was being serviced. Quality work and professionalism was performed and my truck is now back to driving normally. Also sending a big thanks to the Technician who performed all the work on my truck as well!
