Gave wrong information as to return policy in one-way rental

Very fast to have everything in and out.

After shopping ALL of the trailer dealers in the lower mainland we decided to deal with Kitt Equipment. We custom ordered a new 16ft enclosed trailer and added several options like finished ceiling, extra windows etc (way cheaper to do this while ordering vs. after). Their pricing was better than all the other places, and we had excellent service from Parker at their Aldergrove location (both before and after the purchase). We would definitely recommend them.

I deal with alot of rental cars in my profession i must say this particular location is friendly..and very fast my company renta 3 cars at a time and at most locations you can be stuck for ahour or so tryna do the same thing they did for us in 15 minutes...thanks alot enterprise...

Service was ok. Price was a little high. Nothing much to write about just an average car rental place.

Very nice and quick! No problems picking up or dropping back off.

When I had my regular car at the mechanic for unanticipated repairs over the weekend I was treated with exceptional customer service and ended up paying a far more reasonable price in comparison to other rental agencies I have used previously.

Hard to find your way around the barricades in the parking lot. Nice personnel.

Highly dissatisfied with Alamo and this after we thought we finally settled on a rental company that could be trusted. Left messages throughout the day for an exotic car rental in Seattle while I’m here visiting with my son for concerts. I never received a call back. I can’t imagine this is a good way to run a business, but I guess the exotic branch is bolstered by the rest of the company’s rentals, so they can afford to lose my business...

Shuttle is easy but can be a hike to catch the bus. Facility is clean. If you are arriving after 11 or 12 be warned that you may have to go outside to the garage to get an agent. The escalators skip floors so go for the elevator instead...

Do not use this Facility This is an extremely unprofessional operation. Transportation to and from the rental facility is disjointed. Paperwork is full of restrictions not advertised, like 150 mile limit. People how work the counter are I knowledgeable and rude. Car I got was fine as long as you do not mind having a red “ service now” light on the entire time. Stay away from this rental company at all cost.
