I got a knee injury while training for my marathon last year. I saw Jimmy (chiropractor) and Manni (physiotherapist) who got me race ready in 6 weeks. I was able to complete my marathon without any pain on my knee. The staff at the front understands my busy schedule and are very friendly and accommodating. I always go back to see them for precautionary treatment before my 30K and half marathon races. They give me the confident to keep racing and finishing strong. They are professional and effective.

The therapist is excellent in assessing patients main cause of pain, suggest the appropriate treatment and maintain all dealings with patients in a highly professional level

I have been going to this clinic for years and the service I receive is second to none. The registered massage therapists are true healers. They are also fun, great listeners who provide exceptional customer service. Recently I have been working with Dr. Mojan as my naturopath and her assessments of my issues have been accurate and she works well with me in providing alternative solutions that are do-able, reasonable and safe. And we don't forget to laugh and have fun when I have needles sticking out of my head! I have had minimal issues with scheduling. Reception staff have always been organized, friendly and prompt with reminders or advising me of any scheduling conflicts. The care this clinic provides is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been with apex for the past year. Highly recommended! I originally went there for wrist pain but they found that I also had what's called a "straight neck". I was also having a depression which I would never think it could be caused by a problem in my neck. (At that time i had been seeing many mental health specialists for it. All useless, almost gave up.) After the 1st month of treatment at apex, I realized that not only my neck was improving but also my depression. I was thrilled by the change and anyone who had experienced depression would know how big of a relief it is to be free from it. After my neck treatment, I spent the rest of the year exercising and recovering with apex, they are amazing at corrective movements and massage therapies. All parts of my comments are 100% real and I would strong recommend apex to anyone who needs a chiropractor.

It has been 7 years since my treatment at Back Clinics of Canada and I continue to believe that it's some of the best money I’ve ever spent. No treatment is perfect but this is about the best non-surgical solution I’ve come across. After spending a lot of time chasing a solution using acupuncture, traditional chiro, massage, physio, etc., etc. I found Dr. Ron Nusbaum's non-invasive treatment worked for me. Another reviewer complained about having their spouse present during part of the initial consultation but I think they got it wrong: it’s not about ‘financial accountability’, it was about making sure you get the support needed at home during a time when your back will be going through some significant changes (for the better). Thankfully my family could pitch-in with the chores while I was doing the program as I didn’t want the good work being performed by BCOC unwittingly reversed by my enthusiasm to take the garbage out or reach things high on shelves for my wife. It’s a collaborative effort! I should say something about the ‘apparatus’ and I think everyone’s experience is different. It’s essentially traction, but it’s not ‘medieval castle-dungeon’ traction, it’s 21st century, computer-controlled traction using a back harness and specific geometry to target the problem area in your back. That said, yeah, when you get off the machine it can feel ‘weird’, but you’re on ice immediately afterwards so that mitigates any discomfort. Before the program, I would ‘put my back out’ constantly and SUFFER for weeks. I was not even able to drive the 20 minutes to work without stopping halfway, getting out, and stretching it out. After finishing the program my back isn’t ‘perfect’ but it’s SO MUCH more stable and rarely gives me pain. As I said at the beginning of this post it’s been 7 years and in that time, I’ve occasionally put back out (2-3 times) but after a good night’s sleep it bounces right back and I’m good as new! Finally, I should say a word about the staff at Back Clinics of Canada. First Dr Ron is always approachable and has a quick wit that really resonated well with me. The staff there were always so nice and helpful with me regarding my appointments, my health, and even remembered details about my family and asked how they were. It’s a very nice atmosphere and I highly recommend trying this care.

Although I have not needed his services personally, I've heard Serge speak several times and was sufficiently impressed that when my daughter told me of her dissatisfaction with another Chiropractor I suggested she give Serge a try. She was delighted with the results. Her husband used Serge as well. I've since suggested several other people try his services based on her feedback, and every one has come back to thank me.

I was experiencing back, neck and shoulder pain that slowed down my day, limited my activities and overall, I just did not feel well. Dr. Chow provided treatment to immediately help relieve some of the discomfort I was having. He took the time to understand my habits and lifestyle with long work hours and a lot of commuting then proceeded to provide recommendations to help improve my posture, strengthen key muscles to significantly reduce and eliminate a lot of the discomfort I was experiencing. With Dr. Chow's treatments and advice, I do not need to visit ProHealth as much anymore, I feel a lot better and I have referred friends who also have gotten better from Dr.Chow and the staff at ProHealth. Thank you.

Dr. Tammy Yuen is a fantastic chiropractor who I have been seeing for the past few years. What sets her apart from other chiropractors, is that she really cares about her patients and gives you her time. I find other clinics do not take the time to treat you properly and essentially it feels like a money grab as they want you 'in and out'. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yuen for ANY pain or injuries, she really knows her 'stuff'! I love the online booking system, I just wish she wasn't so popular because she gets booked up quickly hah!

A place for all your medicals. Staff are nice and the place has an interesting interior.

We have been with Dr. Snider for approx. 10 years for various health needs including back pain, shoulders, headaches, and general wellness. Also for healthy eating for heart and weight control. She is easy to speak with about any health problems. We also take our Havanese dog Zorro for check-ups to keep him in good shape! Thanks Judy!

I am giving this rating as I was very disappointed because I was told that I would be able to see a pelvic floor physio therapist and when I arrive I was being seen by a male who was not a pelvic floor physio. When I questioned him as to why I was not seeing who I was told I was going to see he told me that he was able to help. This was not the case, a pelvic floor physio is a specialty and I wasted my time and money for a service that in the end did not help me. I would not recommend bodywork

Fantastic Centre with the most skilled and genuine staff!! I've been going to InsideOut for a couple years now and I'm so happy with the service and results. I would recommend InsideOut to anyone that is looking for any of the services they provide. Julie the owner of InsideOut, is such a warm soul and she is so inviting, the second you step foot into the place you feel welcomed and comfortable. She always deals with my insurance company and makes it so easy by submitting most my claims for me. Julie, always gives fantastic recommendations on what to try to help with all my concerns. On my last visit, she suggested I try acupuncture, I cant wait for my appointment this week! Pret - the RMT is truly the most amazing at massage therapy. I have been to many expensive top five star spas for massages over the years, and he is by far the best I've gone to. Pret spends the time and uses his knowledge to figure out the root of the issue. I always see results. George- The chiropractor is always a pleasure to see, even if I run in on my lunch break to get a quick adjustment! Keep up the excellent customer service :) I highly recommend you check them out!! #1 in Vaughan!!!
