Fantastic Centre with the most skilled and genuine staff!! I've been going to InsideOut for a couple years now and I'm so happy with the service and results. I would recommend InsideOut to anyone that is looking for any of the services they provide. Julie the owner of InsideOut, is such a warm soul and she is so inviting, the second you step foot into the place you feel welcomed and comfortable. She always deals with my insurance company and makes it so easy by submitting most my claims for me. Julie, always gives fantastic recommendations on what to try to help with all my concerns. On my last visit, she suggested I try acupuncture, I cant wait for my appointment this week! Pret - the RMT is truly the most amazing at massage therapy. I have been to many expensive top five star spas for massages over the years, and he is by far the best I've gone to. Pret spends the time and uses his knowledge to figure out the root of the issue. I always see results. George- The chiropractor is always a pleasure to see, even if I run in on my lunch break to get a quick adjustment! Dr. Jonathan Leung is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the purpose and reasoning of his prescribed exercises,. He was able to elevate my core endurance and create better mindful activations for my back and core muscles to remove my back pain which was disabling during daily activities. He continued to improve my athletic performance on the court by ensuring that my fascial slings were not stiff or inhibited optimal movement. He has an excellent whole body approach when it comes to improving performance and removing pain. I continue to recommend Dr. Leung to friends and family as he is reliable and effective! First of all, I would just like to say that Bruna is the most wonderful and caring person you'd meet at Vaughan Spine and Sport Therapy. First time I came in to the clinic, Bruna made me feel welcome right away. She is very prompt and very efficient at what she does. I have history of severe lower back pain and was diagnosed back in 2014 by a different chiropractor that I have herniated lumbar disc. The pain comes and go and I started having lower back pain again on July 8, 2017. I wanted someone to actually fix my back pain and help me to achieve my goal towards improving my posture and strengthening my lower back. I found Vaughan Spine and Sport on Google and thought I'd call and give them a try. I left a voicemail message on a friday night and Bruna called me first thing saturday morning! She right away booked my appointment with Dr Di Paolo. I was in so much pain and was shifted to my right side barely walking when I saw Dr Di Paolo. He made his assessment and focused on relieving my pain. I felt so much better after seeing him. Dr Di Paolo's diagnosis is that I actually have a disc bulge not herniated lumbar disc. I continued to see him for my adjustments for twice a week and in two weeks time, the pain is gone and my posture is back to normal. I am now back to my usual routine and my back has been so much bettter. What I liked best about Dr Di Paolo's technique is that he is not only focused on relieving your pain and correcting your posture but he actually will spend time on teaching you exercises and stregth/positioning techniques to improve on your overall posture. I have done massages and facials at Health Pro Wellness and enjoyed both services. They have massage packages which are a good value. You can request a female or male RMT ahead of time. The RMTs sometimes use hot towels at the end which is really nice. Health Pro Wellness is always clean and lots of free parking.

Great service and expertise. The only complaint is that they constantly run late. You may have a 3pm and get there 10mins ahead. 3pm being the 1st appointment, unfortunately they take the first person to arrive although clearly your appointment is 3pm. Little frustrating when you have work or other appointment ls scheduled accordingly.

Dr. Dumol is very professional and kind to his clients. He was very patient and informative when explaining the purpose of each procedure (ie. Deep tissue massage, spinal adjustments). He also taught me some useful exercises to improve muscle pains and tension. Highly recommend!!

Arielle is wonderful, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humour. She notes any differences between visits without any commentary from me. She's greatly improved my range of motion since my accident. I strongly recommend her.

The most incredible chiropractor. I have been seeing Dr.Anderson for many years and she is the most knowledgable chiropractor ever. She has helped me through many health issues. I highly recommend her.
