I brought in a dirty, wrinkled suit for dry cleaning. They give 30% off on Tuesdays for suits, which was a nice surprise, and I got the suit back in 2 days. I'm not sure if it was due to the dry cleaning process, or whether they do it in store, but when I got the suit back it was also perfectly ironed and wrinkle free, which was a nice surprise! The staff was kind and the process was pretty hassle-free, and I also love the fact that they use green materials to do the dry cleaning, and seem to be very proud of it, advertising it everywhere. Will definitely be using them again.

I am very dissatisfied with Judy Carver who runs theTender Touch Sew On shop in Alliston. I left two cushions to be covered 4 weeks ago and, although she said they were ready two weeks ago, I have yet to see them. I provided the foam, the material and the piping. I have been back to her shop many times on the promise that they would be there, but she always has an excuse for why they are not there. I have called her a half a dozen times to confirm that they will be there before I go, but she doesn’t answer and doesn’t return phone calls. All I want is my materials back. Please Judy, just give me my materials back!

We hired Universal Cleaners to clean the carpets in our office and they did a fantastic job! So, we decided to hire them on as our regular cleaning company and our office has been spotless since! They are always professional, they have amazing customer service and the pricing can't be beat. I would highly recommend them!

I’ve always got great service in the Welland location but was really surprised how unprofessional and unfriendly a friend and I were treated when we went in to the Fonthill location. We thought Nicks had a good reputation in Fonthill and many people are surprised to find out how we were treated there. Maybe it’s the time of year or just a bad day, but it forever changed my and many other friends opinion of the place, most certainly the Fonthill location at least.
