Dropped my coat off for cleaning. Was told $20 and four days for pick up. Four days later I came by to pick it up and I was informed it hadn't been cleaned because there was leather under the collar and they needed my approval to charge more. I was told $30 and agreed this was fine, and waited another week. When I went to pick it up, the price was $45. No explanation was given. After a lengthy discussion with the clerk who didn't understand the situation, I just decided to pay and get out.
Twice as long and twice the price later, I finally have my coat back.
I will not be returning.
