Cleaning

Our comforter suffered an Oops while being dry cleaned. While I was very upset, I was also very impressed when the owner of X Press Cleaners explained the equipment failure and promptly reimbursed me to replace my quilt. Thank you for your courteous and quick resolution.

I first encountered Pamela and Be Clutter Free when I needed their services for a move. Pamela was very professional and courteous to my situation. Because Pam has access to many amenities she helped me with donating things I needed for my new place and for my new baby that was on the way. There was a money issue and without Pam I wouldn't be as far as I am today with things needed for my sons . She has provided me with a crib, clothes, toddler bed, couches, carpets, heaters for my drafty house. Even when we were not in contact she would always call me to see if there was anything I needed for the boys.. I am very grateful for Pam and everything she has done for me ..

My wife had call bubbles and suds to have our sectional cleaned we spoke with rick monaco the owner. I gave rick the dimensions of the sectional which he told me would cost $129.99 to have it cleaned and that his wife would be the one doing the cleaning .Our appointment was for march 21st . His wife smelled of cigarettes and had dirty cloths on when she came my wife had asked her to remove her shoes because we had just installed brand new carpet ricks wife was very rude about it saying we dont take our shoes off. She finally agreed to take off shoes. I also noticed she did not have company shirt or anything to show she worked for bubbles and suds very unprofessional. I later noticed she only cleaned the front of the sectional not happy with the service when i called rick back to complain he straight out called me a liar and hug up on me horrible service shady company would not recomend to anyone

Wonderful work! The owners care so much about you and your vehicle. They listened to all my concerns and were more than willing to show and explain everything to me. When I picked up my vehicle, I was so impressed and could tell they put many hours into the job. They also took the time to teach me how to properly maintain my vehicle after receiving their services. I can tell they're passionate and conscientious about their work and definitely not there to take your money. I would highly recommend them! I'll be back soon with my husband's vehicle.

Adam and Sergio were so pleasant helpful. They left there working space so clean. Placed mats so no water leakage when removing the tank. They never stopped working for the three hours they were there to replace our hot water tank!! A pleasant to do business with. Thanks H C Lloyd
