Where to begin
They arrived late. They had a negative attitude during conversation and it made us uneasy.
They did a terrible job on our house. They missed an entire floor in a living room and when they left we could sweep up a pile of dirt and see that it was not mopped. They did not move items to sweep under it (table, hall table). They did not lift up floor mats when mopping. The bathroom floors were still dirty, front of cupboards filthy, kitchen, did not clean mirrors or windows. I could go on.
However, when we complained we were not believed ( even though we documented with a camera) and there was no apology or acceptance of our complaint. After talking to some people I found out we were the third family this has happened too. Poor customer service and dishonesty is the first reason why we would not suggest them.
