We came out here for work so I have to use the laundromat and this is the cleanest one I've ever used in all my life. The machines are new and we'll maintained. The entire laundromat is clan from floor to ceiling. The gentleman who works there is so friendly and you feel like you're part of the family. Dryers are fast (I pay75cent per load!) Washers clean amazingly. Best place to do laundry.

Cleaners communicated well, and prioritized areas as I asked them to. Cleaning was thorough and left a pleasant fragrance, not an overpowering chemical smell. They were great with my kid and dog.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced in all aspects in my entire life. I had called on a Monday to schedule a carpet cleaning service for the following Wednesday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. On the Wednesday I called at 1:58pm to confirm the appointment. In a very relaxed and collected tone, I asked to confirm that all things were still a “go”. The individual on the other end had the audacity to tell me in a very rude and demanding tone to, “Calm down. Do you even know what time it is?” Apologies for calling 2 minutes before 2:00pm to CONFIRM an appointment, not complain. Nonetheless, 4:00pm rolls around and no one has arrived. I call once again to confirm that someone is still coming. The same individual informs me he is finishing up with his last customer and will arrive in 20 minutes. It is now 4:45pm and no one has arrived. I will be cancelling my appointment shortly and advise anyone and everyone to NEVER bother with this service. They are rude, ignorant, not punctual and extremely disrespectful. Not worth your time or money.

I wish I'd stumbled upon this place earlier. Got my blazer dry-cleaned for a very reasonable price. Looks as good as new and got it back the next day. The lady at counter was super nice and very professional while addressing my questions. Will definitely visit again.

Elite Carpet Care, is just what the name says, my carpets look brand new, Walter and his wife were very professional and knowledgeable. They give you a date and time, reminders when they'll arrive they are on time. We are so HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE, we will be using their service when needed. The lady complained that there was dog hair on the shirts when I dropped off. She complained that I gave her the coupon after she had entered everything in. She complained that she couldn't find the material of my clothes. She complained that I stacked the coats and clothes on the counter so it was hard for her to sort. The whole time also complaining that she was so busy and doesn't have time to do all this. I felt that I was just inconveniencing her. I went out of my way to go here because of the great customer service in the past. I will bring my business to the dry cleaner closer to my house from now on.

Nicest people, did a great job on my jacket, were kind in accommodating my timeline, and just a wonderful overall experience. Anytime my husband or I need dry-cleaning this will be the spot we go to!
