Page The Cleaner does the best job on dry cleaning in St. Albert!!!!! I haven't found a place better for cleaning dress shirts than here. The staff is amazing especially Rupinder!!!!!

This company is AMAZING! Always on time, and have never once cancelled. Take it from someone that has a dogs and three kids- never underestimate how important the scheduling is! Scrubs also uses all natural cleaners and no harsh chemicals and my house sparkles and smells FANTASTIC!!!!! I can be a challenging person to accommodate and deal with in general...but Scrubs has always being so patient and kind to me. I didn't know how much I could come to value a cleaning service, but they have made it so easy to love them. I could not do my crazy life without them! I have been taking my clothes to Charm for over a year now and have brought them regular business in that time. I recently had to have an alteration done to a jacket. I was first quoted at $40 for the repair, then the cost went up to $49 which i agreed to. Then I received a call a couple days later saying the cost is now $59. I accepted over the phone and when I went to pick it up (with about $40 of other dry cleaning) I asked if there was any way I could get a discount for the up-charge. The attendant just laughed and said no. After all that, the alteration was poor quality as well. Needless to say, I won't be taking my business here anymore and I would recommend that others save their time and money and go elsewhere.

Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! Not only did they knowingly try to rip me off charging me incorrectly assuming I wouldn’t notice. But also I brought in an item for cleaning because it was dry clean only, it wasn’t dirty or stained. Upon picking it up I found about 10+ new stains all over my item. They almost look like burn marks or something a dark brown. My $100 item which I was charged $31 to get dry clean ( brought down to $20 once I called them out) is now completely ruined. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took a dress into city dry cleaners for a wedding I was attending. The dress was brand new when I took it there and only required a press. I took he dress to the location on Hebert road Monday July 9th and was told it would be ready on Wednesday July 11th. I didn’t go to pick it up until this Monday the 16th ( I didn’t need the dress until tomorrow). When I got to the Hebert location she couldn’t find my dress and had to call the other location on St. Albert trail by sobeys. They had it at that location and forgot to take it back to the Hebert location a week later which was well after my pickup date. So I had to go to to the St. Albert trail location and pick it up. No big deal for me as I drive but I felt wow what if someone who didn’t drive had felt this inconvenience. So I took the dress home and put it in my closet totally safely closed in the plastic they gave it to me in. Fast forward to today and I tried the dress on and found 5 stains that’s hadn’t been there before. Like I said the dress was brand new! I went to the Hebert location and asked for a refund of my $20 as we are heading it of town for this weekend and would need to rush and buy a new dress. The lady then told me I needed to go to the St. Albert trail location to talk to the owner. When I got there they told me they would clean it but refused to give me my $20 back because the type of stains on it couldn’t of been from them since they only pressed it. Needless to say I walked out NO refund and was treated horribly by a very stubborn man. I will never return to City Dry cleaners!! — at City Dry Cleaners.

Use to be really good, but after quitting some people getting bad

Ruined my husband's brand new (worn once and not a spec of dirt on it) Tommy Bahamas silk shirt. Took it to them to have it freshened up because it can't be machine washed and got it back with white blotches all over it. They said it wasn't their fault but we know it was. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY with your dry cleaning!

My silk blouse was not stained when I brought it in. Not only was it not ready when I first went to pick it up, but when I did get it back, it had stains that weren't there when I dropped it off. Will not be going back for dry cleaning , do not recommend.
