I brought my husband-to-be's dress shirt and pants here for dry cleaning and they did a terrible job! Both the shirt and pants look like they were only pressed - not cleaned at all. It is so disappointing especially since he is to wear these items at our wedding! And to top it all off, despite mentioning the lack of cleaning and pointing out the areas that were marked up, they still charged us the full amount. I will not be returning to Barker's and would recommend the same to you

Excellent service! Have had a few items repaired like ski paints, Jacket and backpack and they have gone the extra mile to make the repairs look very professionally done. Very friendly too.

I got 2 of my wool sweaters dry cleaned at this location and they looked better than when I first bought them! Cassandra was very professional and polite and I am impressed with the quality of work and the service I received.

Horrible experience first day was good, second day showed with less and did less of a job. Third day showed with four people but one was a trainee who was learning from scratch, fourth day showed with only two people did one hours work and a poor job, fifth day showed up two hours late. Three of the four times in my house the cleaning crew broke things. Did not do work promised such as the windows, the fridge or stove. Over all an unbelievably bad experience. Today after being two hours late I terminated the company upon which I was informed I would not recieve my deposit back because I did not give 24 hours notice. I would recommend that no one use this company.

Had some issues. They called personally to apologize and offered to make it right. Service at the time of pickup was not good, but everyone has an off day. I believe they did their best to fix.
