Great service with smile and ontime !

Horrible experience the manager here doesn't know anything, I could do a better job on my clothes, suites and shoes without her help, she's not very smart

I would give less stars if possible. I was told 1/3 of my items were "on hold" when really it was lost and sent to another location. After returning three times trying to figure it out, they finally found it and refused to refund me for the item. Huge mess and awful customer service , do not go to them

So appalled at the negative reviews! This place is SO convenient and the owners are so friendly!

I have been using Kim’s services for many years, and have had countless articles of clothing altered. She is a talented seamstress, and I am always impressed with how beautifully she puts a garment back together. I would highly recommend her - she is a master of the sewing machine!

I had an item at the royal Oak Location before it closed down. I called about having it delivered we arranged for delivery to my house. The item was never dropped off and two phone calls and an email about the item have not been returned. Not sure if I will get my suit back now or not. *Edit. After calling a 3rd time they were able to get my suit dropped off at my house.

I’ve used the Xmas light service 2 years in a row. Extremely satisfied. Great communication in regards to set up times etc.

Great service had the house clean no time at all, the girls were wonderful and very professional, highly recommended.

Always been clean and services except today. I was fusterated with the lack of communication for a broken change machine today caused 4 stars. A little common sense if you knew it was broken would have been to place a sign on the door instead of people having to see a little red light. Beside that I am always been happy😊

As always Jenny makes things amazing...she can do basic buttons and things but also just altered dresses and a bridesmaid dress for me that makes me feel incredible.

I know some people are complaining that they are super expensive but I come from Toronto and cleaning a Canada Goose was about $40 there. At this location it was $45 and that includes free pickup and delivery! It's hard for me to drop off coats these days so I was very happy with that service! I had them on the phone and then saw them when they delivered my coats and they were extremely nice! They wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and my coats smelt wonderful! Usually with drycleaners it doesn't smell so I was happy with the odour! Also had two jackets cleaned for $15 each. Now you know how much it costs :) Didn't look expensive to me!
