Do not come to this place, they do not know what they are doing and will not respond for damages. I brought my winter boots for a zipper repair and instead my boots were damaged. I spoke to the owner who told me they do not issue refunds and that she did not have my money to give back to me because they take the shoes elsewhere for repair. Not only was I not given a refund, but I don't even know if they can be repaired and they are $800 winter boots. I will take them to my old shoe repair spot at Bayview Village (far but they are professionals). The way they handled the situation was extremely extremely unprofessional and I feel robbed. My husband also came to speak to them and nothing was resolved. They do not care about their customers, it's all about money here.

worst dry cleaners in richmond hill . They charged me extra even though i had a receipt that said $31 and they tried taking $47 from me. They stole the hood of my Calvin Klein jacket. When I accused them of stealing they threw the jacket in my face and made me feel embarrassed.DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I asked them the put a patch on the inside of a pair of denim shorts to prevent a small hole from enlarging. They used dark blue thread on LIGHT almost white shorts and the stitching was haphazard and VERY visible. Someone could have done a better job with their eyes closed. The staff was extremely rude, and refused to acknowledge the shoddy job. Do NOT go here! They will ruin your clothes!
