Cleaning

I did Sears duct cleaning and it was very bad. They were more pricey than other companies yet their workers didn't seem to care about the work they did. They just wanted to get out of there. They didn't do a good job and people in our family got sick after. Not sure if the sickness was really because of the cleaning or not, but it seems like too big of a coincidence to ignore. Don't be fooled by their 3 year warranty. If you have a complaint, they would call the same employees to come over and those employees just came and got mad at us saying they did a good job last time and they're not doing it again. Their customer service was terrible. I had to call them several times for them to get someone to come over. Try another company.

You should probably male sure your employees know how to drive before handing over the keys. One of your employees decided to break the law and change lanes in the tunnel almost hitting me. Can promise you I will never use your services and will be sending the dash came footage to the rcmp and will be putting it all over the Internet. Thanks to my quick hands your employees are still alive.. although based on that stupid move maybe it would of been better they got a Darwin award.

The maids are friendly and do a thorough job! They also use green products which I like. Very happy with my service!

They advertise "deals" but really once you get in the door the deal only applies to a specific material. Better to call and ask re pricing beforehand.

They didn't do a good job on our building at all. They just sprayed dirt everywhere. Now the building looks even dirtier.

They are the absolute worst. Charged me $70 to hem my dress and the panel hems came back to me in different lengths. Some were too short and others were too long that I kept tripping over them at my event. My mistake was not trying on the dress and trusting them to do their job when I went to pick up the dress. Went back to get them to fix them, and they refused to fix it or even offer a refund. They ruined my dress as the short panels cannot be fixed. The ladies here offer terrible customer service.
